The UI/UX Developer (Frontend Dev) is responsible for developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy and producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. The UI/UX Developer (Frontend Dev) will also participate in software development implementation, debugging, and unit testing.
Support all development and delivery activities, from requirements definition and specification to deployment and delivery to production.
Consult with project teams and end users to identify new requirements; identify areas for improvements.
Support and respond to customer/user inquiries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field), or substitute six years of equivalent work experience.
At least three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer
Experience with UI/UX design and related tools (e.g. Figma)
Experience in a similar role of functions including software development on complex applications on large scale production environments
Proficiency in coding languages and technologies, e.g., Java 8.x, JavaScript, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL DB, NodeJS 12.x, Angular, GitHub
Experience programming with serverless computing technologies, e.g., AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, Cloud Formation, S3
Must have experience working with Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps environments.
Must have experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong work ethic, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must provide fingerprints and be able to pass a US Public Trust background check for badging and access to client systems.

In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be must be authorized to work in the US.

Public Trust background investigations can take approximately four to eight weeks and requires fingerprinting.
