Premier PRN attributes:

  • Status: Casual/On Call (0.3-0.49 FTE) – Non-benefitted
  • Flat Rate + applicable shift differentials
  • Must work 72 hours in a 6-week schedule (averages to 12 hours per week, but can flex to unit needs)
    • 24 hours must be worked on the weekends
    • Must work 1 summer & 1 winter holiday
  • No maximum threshold for number of hours worked during 6 week schedule
    • Eligible for OT if > 40 hours worked per week
    • Eligible for High Needs shifts after scheduled for minimum hours requirement per schedule (72)
    • Must have at least one full year of RN acute intermediate care experience at time of hire
